Eat Appy

Easy to use. Saved my last order for the next time ordering. Easy to add options. Better than Menulog who overcharge on each item plus charge delivery.

I only use this app for one restaurant as it’s the only place it’s listed. The lay out is easy to use and follow, the reorder option is great and add to reorder is fantastic!! I do really like this app I do wish they had other options for payment or just more then one so if I want to use a different account or my dad wants to shout tea then I don’t have to put in all the details all over again. Other thing is it doesn’t tell you when your order is ready( icon doesn’t change). I know my local restaurant now and know how long each order will take, but would be nice if something could be done with that. 🙂

The app seems to work great for customer purchasing, just double check the order before placing- sometimes it doubles up my order! My issue is with messages from businesses to the customer: You get a notification, if you’ve set it up to receive them. The message then comes up as a little notice when you open the app but if you don’t open the app as soon as you get the notification there’s no way to retrieve the message. A pretty useless feature for a business if the customer they’re trying to connect with can’t even get the message. I couldn’t find a way for me to contact Eat Appy to suggest making a change to this feature- hopefully someone sees this review 🤷‍♀️
