Satellite use to be a good app but then they started to ask for feedback after every call. Once a year would be really enough people. The new Inbox is a nightmare. I wish they had an option to stay with the old UI or at least made it so it’s less click and simple and less flashy colors.

When Satellite Service works, it is excellent. However, when it does not work, customer service is nonexistent. I have reached out to your customer service help directly several times and have not received any reply other than an automated reply. Very disappointing. Instead of replying to feedback on the App Store maybe it would be a good idea to actually help customers in need. Just saying.
