We really liked they idea if it would have functioned properly. I used the app to physically locate and then pay in cash at the lots. Because the App would not accept my payment thru Venmo. A grey screen popped up said pay now. But it was stuck and frozen. Tried several times. So then went to support link on the app and it said “ 404 Error the page you are looking for no longer exist “ Also - we thought you should be able to just click or tap the parking lot you want and the App would go to maps and navigate you. Instead you have to read the address- remember it - then go to google maps to GPS to the lot. Needs work but if all this got fixed we like the idea and would try again next time we are in the Charleston area. Thanks !

I don’t know why they changed this app but you can no longer use it to pay to park which was the whole point. You cannot even register from the app you have to do it online first.
