This utility app does not allow pop-ups, which makes it impossible to complete bill payments inside the app. Every time you try to pay, you’re forced to leave the app and open a web browser just to finish a basic transaction. So what exactly is the purpose of this app if users still have to use the website to pay their bills? After reading other reviews, it’s clear this has been an ongoing issue that has not been addressed. Payments are the main function customers need, and the app consistently fails at it. Please review the feedback already provided by users and either: 1. Fix the pop-up/payment issue properly, or 2. Be honest and shut the app down if it can’t support core functionality. Right now, this app adds unnecessary steps and frustration instead of convenience.

My iPad, iPhone and laptop will not work with this app, I have allowed iPod ups and all I get is I must allow pop ups!
