My MITSUBISHI CONNECT

I came home with my brand new Mitsubishi outlander. My sales consultant was extremely experienced and helped me and my son with getting our cars. At no point in time did I think that I was going to get a car that day, we went because my son went to get a car. Mr. Tarek Madi was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He helped my son in every aspect of the way and did his very best to make him feel comfortable with his purchase. He did so well with my son, that at one point I became interested in purchasing a car that would fit me. He told me to look around, I checked. He then proceeded to ask me what color of car did I want. As I spoke with him he said he had a car with the right color that I might like, and as I saw it I fell in love. I did a trade in and walked out with my brand new Mitsubishi outlander car. Excellent sales consultant. Will recommend Mr. Madi and the Mitsubishi Car dealer in Winchester to everyone who wants to buy a car, new or used. Thank you Mr. Tarek Madi for everything you did for me and my son. Ok people before I get into the review I have five kids, four of them are under seven years old keep that in mind. One day I locked my keys in the car because I was in a rush. I thought the car wouldn’t let you lock the keys in the car if I didn’t have the keys out of the car. Well it does come to find out the hard way. My son and I worked for a good hour trying to get the door unlocked by a hanger as we lived out in the country. My bright husband said you can unlock it from your app on your phone. Thanks hubby a hour later lol anyways is the car does lock by the door buttons if your keys are in the car. The whole point of this story is if you lock your keys in the car, you can always unlock your car with this app. If you don’t have service on your phone you might want to make an emergency key for the house.

So I wanted a new car. I had had a good experience with two Mitsubishis in the past. I decided that I would get the most expensive one with all the bells and whistles. I live in Buffalo so automatic car starter is important. They told me it doesn’t have one built in but i can do it through this “great” app that it comes with. The first two years are free but then it costs 99$. I thought okay. Well it was two years of a nonstop headache of constantly re-logging in, failed to work, and spending 30 mins figuring out something that I should be able to instantly do with a button on my key fob. Customer service rarely helped after sitting on hold when I just wanted my car started. But whatever. Swallowed that. Now it’s the third year, and the only option for a remote car is to pay 230$ for a year subscription. Are you kidding? That’s the cost of an after market remote car starter for one year. I’m absolutely not paying for tHis faulty product and giving them anymore money. Who would have thought that paying 35k for a Mitsubishi would be such a headache. Nobody seems to care to help me resolve my frustrations any of the numerous times I’ve tried. This is the last time I’m buying a car from this company and I hope at least someone sees through all these fake 5stars to all the actual real negative ones. Nobody has anything good to say about this app. Ruined the brand.
