Pluxee UK Card

Use this as part of Totum cashback scheme and by far of all cashback provider experiences, this app has been the worse. Especially when it comes to card renewal. It seems that their systems aren’t integrated appropriately. As the Totum app shows a card but it’s not usable there. You need to have the Pluxee app to access the new/renewed card & add to your wallet. However, more than often the login details aren’t recognised. It’s been quite a nightmare to get the customer services team to help. They say the issue is sorted but it’s not. Customer experience needs to be fully tested, accept the bad review & news so you can fix the problems instead of trying to change the system design because individuals fear label of failure! Please do better. Oh and return my money. Thanks.

One day I accidentally put 16 numbers for my card security key since I was new to the platform and features, which should 3 numbers, it still processed and doesn’t give alarm that it should be 3 digit. I was wondering what would have happened and could only know about it after making the call on working day. No email, or msg saying what happened to the transaction. Another day I topped up my card on Sunday morning didn’t show up till afternoon. I tried second time thinking there must be some mistake. It processed the amount but still not topped up the card. WORST CARD PAYMENT GATEWAY EVER. Not to mention the card charges which is higher than other merchants.

The Pluxee NHS Discounts card has been my default payment for years. It gives the peace of mind of minimal loss even if the card gets misplaced/ stolen/ cloned. The added advantage of adding it to Apple/ Google pay is a big bonus. With no annual fees and cash back at many retailers makes it a no-brainer. The app is reliable, secure; top-ups are easy & fast to load. An indispensable part of my life. Definitely recommended for all.
