After many emails, chat conversation, log in-login out, updates about app requiring and a couple phone calls... I gave up and they never send my package back or call me to resolve any issue. Ends up with my loss of $USD90,00 of merchandise and tons of wasted hours trying to communicate with their fake customer Service! To me seems to be a Husband and wife backyard business Company! Good luck if you already have any package in their backyard!

I have been with Shipito since 2015. It’s a great forwarding service and this app could have made it even greater but unfortunately it’s very very terrible. I can’t even login now...It needs total overhauling.

I'm not going to give you all a one star because your service is awesome and just what some people need. You're doing a great job. Keep it up. I do all of the transaction on my iPad or iMac. I only use the app to see what is there. I love the service. The app crashes every time I try to open it.
