I really like the Synchro desktop/browser admin tools. I like the features and price of the product. I don’t think it is the easiest to deal with and implementing the agent is difficult at times but for the price and unlimited devices and the support is really good.
However, this app, on the other hand, really needs improvement. I have issues of the same device being listed multiple times. Remote access not working. It doesn’t really work for remote support which I’m a little saddened about.

App needs actual development resources put towards it. It’s missing a lot of features and sometimes breaks to the point requiring an uninstall/reinstall. Last update being 4 months prior to this review shows how much they care about it.

Syncro is an awesome tool. But their UI and UX needs a polish on both desktop and mobile. The mobile app is barely usable. It’s ok enough to glance at an alert, however, it will be such a horrible experience you’ll never use the app again. I only use it for chat push notifications. The app hasn’t been update in 6 months and the devs openly say to use the web app instead. This is nothing more than a check mark on the marketing sheet. It’s a shame because Syncro is an awesome tool and the mobile app could be really useful.
