How is it that we pay Solarwinds thousands per month and they give us this awkward app that doesn’t allow side movement? It’s useless and rarely updated. I’ve complained multiple times about it and they’ve done nothing to resolve the issues. We all need to use our phone to remotely connect and this app makes it impossible. Toting a laptop is required if you subscribe to NAble or Take Control. Look at other solutions if you want convenience. This is by far the worst remote control app available and we’ve used them all over the last decade.
Seems like the previous reviewer didn’t even try. This works very well - as well as any remote management product works on an iPhone screen. Yes, it’s small because the iPhone screen is small - you can zoom just like any iPhone app. You don’t get a mouse because the iPhone doesn’t have a mouse - but you can treat it like a touch screen or have touch pad like control. Everything is there. I can connect to any of my remote computers from the road, the baseball stadium, whatever and provide remote support - including chat and system controls, registry editing, forced reboots … all the same control provided by the PC/Mac client for Take Control. Good product and stable.
In a world of IT, especially in 2022, where technology brags about being at its peak, and this company gives us tools so that we can be fast and efficient as well as cutting edge to serve our customers and IT, when you open up this app, really much can’t do anything except look at it with a magnifying glass as it Has to stay small, and at that point, no reason using it at all. They probably will say, well it might be his phone, I don’t think so. I have a 13 promax with 256 GB memory, brand new, super fast, and still doesn’t work
