The developers fixed the poor connectivity issue by firmware updates. Great job!
It never lasted a full 30-minute session, while the Bluetooth connectivity was intact. I am an iPhone Xs user with the latest iOS version.

I received my unit in the first shipment so I’ve been using PlatoWork for many months. I’ve never had any connectivity issues that some other early user mentioned here in the comments. Testing has proven that PlatoWork has improved my cognition, and it also helps my meditation practice as indicated by higher than normal Muse scores when I do a session prior to meditation. I highly recommend it.
