UAE Pampers Rewards

I don’t usually post a review especially a bad one, however the same issue happened to me twice already that I was not able to claim my reward. I tried to claim a babyshop e-gift card using my points last February but I never received it by mail. I tried contacting the customer care several times through email since they don’t have phone numbers, lots of email sent but not even a single feedback was received and finally they answered July after 6 months of following up. They had to return back my points as it seems that I really did not received my reward. Again today I tried claiming a babyshop e-gift card worth 3000+ points (equivalent to 3 e-gift cards) but I received an e-mail stating that my order has been cancelled without any explanation after several hrs. This is frustrating as I kept on buying pampers for my 2 kids almost every weeks and I had I was able to accumulate huge points but it’s useless as I was not even able to claim any of the rewards. I hope they fix the issue

A nice loyalty program, low in value but let’s you get a tad back. Loading and cropping online receipts is kind of a pain.. doesn’t have the option to upload whole image from gallery, you have to crop it even if you don’t need to.. makes you think again when you want to upload

Aside from being the best diaper in the world, collecting points from any purchases is a great help during this time.. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
