The app experience is broken! It takes you through all the steps to file a new claim and then gets stuck on step 2 - adding why you took your pet to the vet. The next button doesn’t function and the save for later just keeps spinning with a hang tight message. One just can’t submit a claim via the app.

I wish I had anything good to say about ASPCA considering I pay $150 a month for it. They will do anything BUT help you. There has been numerous times I have tried to reach out. They either don't reimburse with claims or they do as little as they can. And believe me, I have spent hours studying my plan and they still under reimburse me AND oh god if you want to appeal the claim… good luck. It takes 60-90 business days. find somewhere else!! And if aspca sees this contact me.

I’ve used ASPCA insurance for all of my pets for about 5+ years and have had nothing but a good experience!! if it was not for them my pets would not have made it through a lot of illnesses. Thank you ASPCA for all that you do!!
