For the last 4-5 months now the app freezes any time I switch from one work order to another I have to constantly reset the app between every work order I’ve tried deleting app and re installing I waited for the recent update to maybe fix it and still nothing everyone at my company experiences the same issue as well

Any time I try to make create a work order on my iPhone or my iPad it says “Value for ‘companyEmplpyeeId’ is invalid” and it will cancel out the work order I just made. If I log out then back in I can usually make one work order that will go through then after that it goes back to saying the aforementioned phrase. Please fix it’s very irritating not being able to make work orders when I need to, I’d like to be able to make them without having to logout and back in and resyncing, or having to call somebody in the office to do it for me.

I’ve used the website mobile and learned quickly how to navigate but the app is so much easier and very easy to understand. I have a lot to explore being I’ve just had app 1day
