Not only is it a terrible app to use, and we’re forced to use it as residents, they also give your information to spammers.
Loaded with “features” none of which are accessible. You still have to go on the browser to do anything as a resident. Probably because only the leaseholders have access and the property is mostly vacation rentals. So nobody cares. No one’s an actual resident. Check in and pay your bill then check out, this is Hotel Arrive.
As a resident, can’t log in. Reset password never sends code. People at the office answer the phone. Until this is resolved, old school letters on doors to update residents.
