SMRT Operations Manager

We love this app for submitting work orders and communicating with the maintenance team, however as an assistant property manager I find the app very unhelpful as every time I take pictures for inspections the app freezes and crashes. This causes me to lose all pictures and text I have entered for that section. This app needs major updates and improvements.

Everyone from maintenance to leasing to the regional and asset manager loves the ease and insight of the SightPlan App. The bi-directional integration with the PM software makes it easy to track work orders, voice messages and easily communicate the task status with residents. The regional manager can easily see the status across all properties and can schedule preventive maintenance and inspections. It pays for itself. Truly a game changer for operations.

Long gone are the days with paper work orders. Maintenance can communicate with residents easily and with a newfound transparency. Just the ease of being able to put in work orders at any time has made such a change in our day to day. The SightPlan team has been amazing any questions have been answered same day. I definitely recommend!
