AyiConnect: Family-Like Care

We decided to try a Chinese-speaking nanny through AyiConnect, and it's been such a great decision for our family. Not only is our nanny amazing with our baby, but our little one is already picking up words and phrases in Mandarin. It's incredible to see! I would say this might not be for everyone, but our family is ok with someone who only speaks mandarin to our baby to create the immersive experience.

The app provides detailed profiles of potential nannies and allows me to communicate, schedule interviews and make payments all in one place. They also have a large selection of pool, especially for chinese speaking nannies. Like other platforms, the app is only a referral or connection source. Make sure you spend some time to vet those that may not be a good fit through interviews and trials. Run background checks, check references, you know the drill...

The app has given me many maternity nannies (yuesao) to select from. Where I am from at, we needed someone who could relocate. After I posted a job, I received a few applicants who could do that, shortly after. I appreciate it gave me a free trial to talk to the applicants, unlike some other app. We are still deciding who to hire. I also like that there are public reviews to help with decision. There is the auto accept function to talk to the Nannie’s faster.
