HSBC Instant Savings

One of the worst apps out there. You can’t create your account or login. Eventually was able to create a login using the website but then unable to use those credentials to login to the app. Tried multiple emails to the support email and no response. Going by the reviews the app doesn’t really work not sure why hsbc will send an email to download an app they know doesn’t work!!!

Had complimentary access when applied for HSBC card - was worried as mega rice reviews but app seems fine for me on iPhone 11 Pro. Interface is straight forward, could be a little bit more user friendly but I remember having it ages ago when I had an old account and it looks like it hasn’t changed as much. Alas you are just using the app to get discounts for merchants where applicable

There appears to be a problem with the app - It certainly does not work properly with my iPhone Xs. When you click on an offer using the interactive map, very often the offer does not display in the small window, and when you click on the window a new page comes up but there is nothing on it. This problem does not exist on the web version, so I would save yourself the trouble and give this App a miss until the developer confirms the issues have been fixed.
