It would be great if this app was made available in app stores outside of Australia, as some property owners have their phones registered in other countries’ app stores. I am unable to download this app but need it to manage my property
After a slow and glitchy start this app is improving rapidly. It’s only of use to Netstrata clients but it’s informative, efficient and they respond rapidly to input.
Should be able to track the full cycle of an issue. At the moment, the issue initiator can just add his issue and subscribe to it. But then later there can be no interaction and he/she can only view the notifications. Moreover, the app does not highlight the “age” of the issue. So, it doesn’t highlight the turnaround time and thus fails to evaluate the productivity of netstrata in resolving the issues, in any form.
