I want this app and cam to work so bad. I’m sure the only people who buy these are people who don’t read the reviews. When it does work, it seems like a miracle. It seems I can only get it to work when I’ve just been inside my car with the engine running and connection to camera made. Then you can turn it all off, go inside and it actually works. But if it’s been off for a while, good luck getting it to wake up and work. I hate all types of monthly recurring charges, this one is very expensive at $60 for 6 months, especially when it doesn’t work properly. You will not be able to get ahold of their customer service. (phone # listed in new email was disconnected, emails not responded to) instead they push it all off on their customer online FAQ’s & forum.

I bought this system because I liked the “seemless” ability to connect to your vehicle camera from a car and if you got a notification be able to instantly go and see real time what is going on. Well I’m here to tell you. This is not the case. When connecting to live view it rarely works the first time. Usually it sits there for a solid 45 seconds and then says it failed. Or it connects and then immediately drops connection again. Very unreliable. This is experienced where I have full bars of 4G signal. So clearly their servers are junk and very slow or this app is junk. I’m sure it’s a combination of both. I’m severely disappointed in the quality of service for such an expensive device.

The look and feel of 360 secured camera is great! If you have a dash camera from other company, you’d instantly disappointed in this app with that expensive device. I thought I’d be able to view videos of my 2 hours of driving time after I turned off engine. No! You can’t view any video unless you keep your car running or you lose these videos. Bump or motion detection videos are available for you to see anytime. If you want to keep the video while you are driving, well, you can’t unless you pull over to a curb. And several obstacle issues. Not worthy to buy it. :-( Blackvue dash can or other similar to this one is highly recommended. I had almost $80 that looks like Blackvue from China and it was great but window based which I hate it. So.... sorry to tell you the truth.
