Used previously, but won’t let me create an account with my work email as says it already exists but then when I go log in or “forget password” I never get an email to reset it, same problem with both my work emails. My other personal account says it’s locked as I didn’t verify my email but I never got one. No support function to try ask for help

I couldn’t log in without the application just shutting down and when I try to report a problem the app opens and asks for a log in then crashes. The developers got me to delete and reload and it was resolved.

It took me 24 hours from registering to be able to get in to the app...not sure if this is normal. The habits/action plans are nice and the articles are okay...my biggest issue is the rewards tab and challenges tab have been completely empty since I got the app (1-2 months ago), despite getting emails telling me to not forget rewards or asking if I am going to join in the current challenge, a bit frustrating really.
