I had the best experience communicating with the support team for a technical issue. I did not expect such a fast email reply first explaining the issue then giving an estimated time for the fix, which was only 30 minutes. When I checked back in 30 minutes, the issue was indeed resolved. I was absolutely amazed, pleased and feeling being valued and respected - even though I am just a customer using their free user access. This is truly a company that I would respect back and wish the best for them to grow big so they can serve more people with their wonderful selections of music!
I have no problem with the free tier being feature limited -- for example, some channels aren't available, and you can't mix in nature sounds. But it turns out that even what you can listen to (on the free tier) is just one continuous advertisment for the subscription (paid) service. That is, while you're listening, they interrupt the music every minute or so with an audio message encouraging you to get the paid "membership". Just to be clear: wherever it talks about "joining" or "signing up" or "membership", that means paying. And it's a subscription, meaning you pay every month. No thanks. Your music isn't THAT good.
Found Radio Art among the most popular free Internet radio channels for Crete, Greece, sounds fantastic on the Libratone Zipp AirPlay 2 / WiFi / Bluetooth speakers we use by the pool. Radio Art quickly earned 3 of the 5 Libratone self-tuning faves! Especially enjoy “Radio Art - Chillout & Tropical”, which has been playing for 4 days of sunny seaside breeze so far.
