I usually order honest greens, and I had more or less a good experience. Today I ordered to be delivered to wework as usual, and the food was supposed to be arriving at 1pm, it’s almost 3pm and nothing, over chat they won’t reply, and over phone after waiting on the line I have been told that there was a problem with the pickup, but it was about to get picked up, over an hour later still no food. It’s not a reliable delivery option in terms of time and responsibility, it’s sad but I’m not ordering again

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews on here. Honest greens is stellar. The food is pricey but you get what you pay for, and the app is so well done 💚 — only issue is you can’t add phone numbers in the app (even for my Spanish number), so I had to go do it on the website first then come back to complete the order. Hopefully it’s fixed soon

The app makes ordering ahead really easy, and I like seeing the videos of how they prepare each meal. Changing regions from Spain to Portugal, however, has not been working for me.
