Slendrina: The Forest

I downloaded this game not really expecting it to be good. I was so wrong. I'd played the original Slendrina before and the gameplay was pretty rough and unpolished (which is fair for one of DVloper's first games), and I'd played Granny 1 & 2. I liked both but felt they had some major downfalls in keeping the fear going. Once you learn that Granny follows any and every sound you make, it's pretty easy to just make sound in one part of the house, crawl through a tunnel to another part and kind of cheese the game. This game though is nothing like that. You are given a map so you already know where important locations are right off the bat so the fear of the game can be more about the unknown characters and searching for item hiding spots rather than the fear of not knowing where you are. Both Slendrina and her mom in this game are so well made. They aren't bombarding you with jump-scares and they don't insta-kill you which is nice. They leave just enough time for you after the jump-scare to give one last attempt to save yourself if you can. They almost always show up when you least expect. The audio is also amazing. You *must* play with the audio on if you get this game. The ambience of the music and sound effects are just crazy good for a free mobile horror game. The puzzles are also great. They aren't overly complicated, but they work well. This game will still make you jump even after multiple play throughs. Literally just download it. It's free anyway.

Dear DVloper, I hope you’re doing well. I am reaching out regarding a recurring issue I’ve encountered across several of your games, including Slendrina The Forest, Slendrina Asylum, Slendrina The Cellar, and Slendrina 2D. Whenever I reach the “One More Chance?” prompt after dying, I am unable to watch the ad to receive the extra life. The ad fails to load every time, and I continuously see the message “Unfortunately there were no available videos right now, or there may be a problem with the network.” This issue has been affecting my gameplay, as I am unable to take advantage of this feature. I’ve tried multiple times, but the ads consistently fail to load, making it impossible to use the “One More Chance?” option. Could you please look into this issue? It’s preventing me from progressing and enjoying the game to its full potential. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Kevin

So hi y’all I was playing this game on my iPhone and I Immediately Left the game mostly bc of Angeline Slendrinas mother and it is just a dark creepy forest and in the menu you see slendrina s husband and the game is mysterious bc of It’s about finding 7 keys to find a scary Rumor and to open a coffin to find A MAN SLEEPING?!?! and to just leave that’s weird and stupid when slendrinas husband wakes up he k!lls slendrinas mother and brought the man plus Sandrina’s mother inside his castle in Transylvania and that’s when we go into slendrinas X and Slendrinas husband tortured the man leaving poisonous spiders inside the castle slendrinas the forest is not that entertaining so at least I can give give it a 4/5 anyway byeee:)
