I have had the LeakBot attached since November 18th. I had a water softener installed on the 19th. On the 21st LeakBot notified me of a minor leak, not to worry no flooding concern, go find it, and it would help me find it. My first thought, water softener. Checked out all fine. I checked all indoor pipes, and faucets. No leaks. LeakBot said check faucets. I went to check faucets again starting w the kitchen sink which was off. However I felt the water spout. It was wet but not dripping. But I thought, it shouldn’t be wet at all. So I checked the handle and found I had not completely turned it off, though it looked off. I turned it off. Went back to the LeakBot. It offered to get help or fix it myself. I chose the later. It asked if I was able to fix it. I said yes. It said let us confirm that. It said LeakBot has confirmed the leak is all fixed. (I gave detail so other skeptics like me would know this is a genuine review and see how effective it works! Get one! Thanks Enumclaw (provided free) and LeakBot (awesome technology).

I have been looking for something like this and the LeakBot arrived today from my insurance company. It was installed within 10 minutes and appears to be a well made and robust piece of gear. It's too soon to tell if it works successfully, but I will definitely test it by purposely leaving a tap dripping once the initial calibration is done. The only improvement I can see would be to integrate it with my other physical leak sensors (I have 9 of them around the house) in the Samsung SmartThings infrastructure. This would allow me to automatically shut down the main supply if a severe leak is detected and if necessary sound a house alert I have set up. Great Job LeakBot & Nationwide insurance!

When my insurance company sent me the LeakBot, I wasn’t sure how it would work and if would work at all. After almost 2 years the system noticed me about a small leak somewhere in the house and showed me where to look for the leak. I couldn’t find anything so I reset the app, 3 day later the same notification pop up. This time I called support, the set an appointment for a the technician to come, find the leak and fix it a no cost to me. ( I’m sure the insurance company is paying for it. The tech show up and in couple hours he found the problem, fixed and left… it was that easy. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the app does not give an option to reset the system by saying that the leak was fixed by a LeakBot technician. The options are, call support or I fixed myself.
