Not enough information... regarding where to get food ... times ... the main Buffett closed at 2:00 Pm !!!??? In the middle Lunch period leaving thousands with a miserable hot dog ( when I was in line) run out buns and the MSc staff were serving hot dogs with burgers buns ... the person who designed or who ever is en charged should have put bares and soft drinks stations next to the food !!! Bahamas you can never go wrong it's beautiful... trough out the ship I don't see the excellency on food and service ... you need to invest in supervisor willing to supervise and train the staff ...Ho boy you definitely need that, I know this an extremely large operation but if you were willing to built big invest big in training !!! COVID it's OVER no Excuses!!!
You asked and this my sincere review ... I could go over and over more about other things like the bar service that you waiting average 15 to 20 minutes for a drink i time it !!
The area that you definitely need to train and change in my opinion the sistem of service!!

My first time on a cruise ship. It was short 4 days but sweet. I up graded my room & top shelf liquor.
Had to remind them of the better liquor otherwise would have gotten rack booze.
The buffet was better food than the dining room
The Bimini (Cay) beach was nice but they didn’t have cheese for the hamburger, we
Ordered drinks but the server never came with the drinks. I would suggest that when making a reservation let us tell you to split the beds ahead of time. We had to have them do it at 6:30 at night when we arrived. I would go again ship was clean and the people were very polite.

Made an account on desktop and it required me to take a pic for the check in process. Downloaded this app to use the camera on my phone. Went through the check in process and it would neither scan my ID nor take my ID information manually. After tons of back and forth with pressing previous and next it took and said I was checked in for my cruise. The night before the cruise (which is today as of me writing this review) it is now saying I am not checked in even though it said I did and will not let me do it again because check in is between 2-30 days before the date of shipping out which is tomorrow. This has been an awful experience for my first cruise so far and I shouldn’t be boarding already frustrated. Do better MSC.
