Pros: great app to remotely start up your car on a hot or cold day to get it comfortable ahead of time. I also use it check to see if I locked my cars and I can remotely lock or unlock the car. If you ever park somewhere and forgot where you parked it, you can also see where it is on a map.
cons: The refresh takes a little while, and sometimes has a hard time connecting. It would be good if the map showing the vehicle pin can launch open in apple or google maps for navigation directions. This is useful If you park your car at a large parking lot and don’t remember where you parked it.

The app is great, does what it’s advertised to do, and does it well. My only 3 complaints is the lack of installation instructions, perhaps build them into the app? And while it’s great it integrates with Alexa and google, sadly there is no Siri compatibility yet I’d like to see that. And my only other complaint is while the GPS locate feature is great, it does not have the capacity to track the car from the built in map. I’d like to see a option to either show the cars location AND your phones location and be able to get navigation directions, OR a button to open the cars location in Apple/Google maps and do it from there.

The app has worked flawlessly for my wife and I. I have the module on a 98 Chevy pick up and hers is a 2012 Ford Fusion. Not a single problem. It would be very interesting to see an update for scheduled starts and the possibility to restart the countdown timer with out having to use the primary remote start system. Scheduled starts would come in handy for those that have a set schedule every day. Just an idea. Aside from those two minor things the app works flawlessly. It does lag sometimes but that’s understandable considering it travels through networks instead of from phone straight to vehicle. Not sure a lot of people understand that part. Keep up the great work but please consider the scheduled starts 😬
