Never had this problem previously. Had this problem for about a year now. Now on iOS 17.5.1. Automatic retrieval of data never work at 2am. Had to do manually when I wake up every morning. Seeked support help. Removed app and reinstalled more than 2 times. Problem still persist. Even shut down auto refresh for all other apps. Please advise

UPDATE: the new version is great. Thank you. I stressed so much the first week thinking it wasn’t working because every day there is the same message ‘your cardiac monitor was checked today”. Which day? Yesterday? The day before? All it needs to say is the date. I called all the numbers and had excellent help from the Caribbean and Malaysia but the best information that I need not worry about poor connection or anything. The app will go ahead once a strong connection is established. This should be in the brochure. Hope this helps.

Since I replaced my iPhone to iPhone 10 and the new release iOS 12.1.2 , the automatic 2am read of my loop monitor does not work. Every morning I have to do a manual check and “send data” if necessary. I therefore also as the question, if the was an event captured by the Loop Monitor during the day, is that data automatically being sent to the app for transmission to St Jude ? If not that very much defeats the purpose of auto monitoring Leslie Langton
