It saves your favorites, so reordering your go-to items is a breeze. Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW. The bagels are next-level incredible—fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with that signature crispness on the outside. You can tell they’re made with love and care. My personal favorites? “The Classic” and “The Trenton.” “The Classic” is exactly what you’d hope for—simple, traditional, and packed with flavor, perfect for bagel purists. But “The Trenton”? It’s a flavor explosion you didn’t know you needed, balancing bold ingredients in every bite. This shop has totally raised the bar for bagels and coffee. Combine that with how easy the app is to navigate, and it’s a no-brainer—this is my new go-to spot!

I’m not sure what people are complaining about...the app works. It’s powered by ChowNow so they obviously have experience in user interface w/respect to food-ordering apps. It works fine, I’m able to place my order ahead of time, get ready for work, stop at the store on my way and pick up the order from a shelf without having to talk to anybody. What else could you possibly want?

Ordered for the first time today and ran into a number of issues. The first few two times I put in my CC to order, I got an “invalid total” error (my total was $5 and change). I then added my CC via the account settings and tried submitting the order again and it worked. But then it refreshed to the home screen; no receipt/order confirmation, no notification to my phone or email - nothing. The only reassurance I had was that my CC was charged. I never got a notification once it was ready, either, I just kept checking the pickup location. If you can just get a notification for order confirmation/pickup estimate and order ready, it’d be a million times better as an app experience.
