Keyboard does not have a return key. Care notes has an issue. If you go back to change the notes or add information, you lose what you already put in for the day!!!

You cannot put the app horizontally for use with a keyboard on an IPad. Being able to type with a keyboard is much more efficient when working within time constraints. Almost every other app out there has this functionality. I strongly recommend adding this feature.

My company uses this system and we recently had a statewide outage. 2-3 weeks later, we’re up again but can’t reset our passwords as instructed. Can’t get ahold of the company. Each “support” specialist sends the same generic email with no help. Call the support helpline and it hangs up when you’re leaving a message. Can’t understand how this business still exists..
