Still doesn’t tell you what they’re charging you. App an improvement on their portal, but it doesn’t list all account transactions, just the times you put money into the account. You can’t find out what date an interest charge was made, what day an account keeping charge was made, or even see what a charge on your account was. It’s not very well suited to properly managing your finances, which is a pity because the brighte loan system is really good, just let down by an incomplete app.

This company will go the extra yard to enable you to move forward with your life while the big 4 banks just think you are ready for the scrap heap once your over 65 so do like I did and join Brighte it allowed me to complete my solar energy system which in turn saves me on energy and is all green power which is also helping if even by a tiny little bit to save the planet for our kids so once again thank you Brighte finance
