It pairs, then it doesn’t pair. My night light is stuck on blue and can’t change colors nor brightness. I’ve had new fan sent to me, but then that fan started to malfunction after a year. One of the worst, if not the worst, technological purchases I’ve ever made. The only saving grace is that GTR support is very helpful (Darryl).

Where is the god forsaken update which is clearly necessary for all 7 of us to use the fan the way we thought at the time of purchase? I can’t even pair my switch to my fan but am thankful, I think, this fan has a mind of its own and just turns on quietly whenever a shower is taken and most of the time shuts off. Fix the app people

After I connect to the fan and change my settings, there’s no way to save them? I’ve tried closing the app, nope, when I reconnect it still has the old settings. I’ve tried hitting the wall control for the fan, nope, when I reconnect it is still the old settings. How do you save the fricken settings? My fan is set to max sensitivity as default and therefore continuously runs.
