I recently switched to a commercial account and was trying to make a payment on my account, but in order to do that I'm required to use quickbooks. Which I have, but the version needed to make payments you have to pay for, after 30 days. I don't understand why I'm not able to make a payment in the app itself. And I can't change any of my settings or account info on the app without it redirecting me to the website...where I still am not able to make any changes. This SW pro+ app could really use some work as far as users being able to manage everything they need. I ended up having to call the SW phone number just to make a payment. That's why I only gave a 3 star rating. It also requires you to download other apps to utilize other benefits instead of having it all in one...which is a little frustrating. Could ya'll consider working on including a payment option and the color expert option in the app? It would make my jobs easier and much quicker to manage. Other than that, the app is astetically pleasing and you can search for products easily. Just my 2 cents 😉

Easy to use EXCEPT for making privacy choices. There are no easy ways to access your privacy choices! The app basically takes you to pages and pages of legal mumbo-jumbo where there are no buttons to disable cookies, tracking, and do-not-sell options. Instead , it has endless links to more legal jargon. Most other major apps allow you to easily make privacy choices. Also, the app doesn’t allow for you to change the date on your payment, for those who would like to set a date in the future. Your ONLY option is to pay now. If you are unable to pay now or simply inconvenienced, you will have to remember to come back and pay your bill before the due date! That’s a hard thing for business owners who can easily have more than 40 or even 50 monthly and quarterly bills to pay! Every other online billing system or app has a way to future date your payment for convenience. This app is obviously a work in progress.

I am new to this app it is not very friendly it’s very hard to find supplies and It only shows a few supplies I am a contractor with you guys it would make it easier for us if we can order supplies off this app and it shows all your supplies and it is really hard to look at all my invoices and when I do find it after a long time of playing with it when a invoice is paid it should say paid in fall or something and it should give you the opportunity to pay all your accounts at once and if you can do this then like I said it is not very friendly still needs a lot of tweaking and the part that says something about invoices I’m still confused with that is that set up as I can use to give a customer an invoice thanks for everything you guys are doing
