Sincer, acest cazinou nu merită nici măcar numele de „MaxCasino”, ar trebui să se numească ScamBet, pentru că asta este senzația pe care ți-o lasă: că ești păcălit pe față. Mă simt profund scârbit de modul în care tratează jucătorii. Totul pare frumos la început, dar când vine vorba de retrageri sau de suport, lucrurile se schimbă complet. Comunicarea este slabă, răspunsurile sunt evazive, iar problemele tale nu par să conteze deloc. Este frustrant și enervant să pierzi timp și bani într-un loc care nu respectă jucătorii. În loc să fie un cazinou corect, pare mai degrabă o capcană pentru oameni. Experiența mea personală m-a făcut să nu mai am deloc încredere în acest site. Nu recomand acest cazinou nimănui. Pentru mine, MaxCasino = ScamBet. O experiență urâtă, dezamăgitoare și dezgustătoare. Aveți grijă unde vă jucați banii!

I deposited money and had my card loaded into the application, I got a bonus and made 1000 lei. I wanted to withdraw money but they asked me for additional verifications and I was refused 3 times for different reasons in 4 days. I played money because they didn't want to accept my data. I gave them a picture of the card I deposited with and I proved my address and they refused me. I also gave them an email and they told me that I had multiple cards loaded (I don't understand what it has to do with if I deposited with one card and I want to withdraw money to the card I deposited with) I deleted the cards from the application and I was still refused. My girlfriend who did exactly the same as me except that she had 40 lei that she wanted to withdraw accepted the additional verifications in 2 days without refusing them
