There is no less than 5 clicks to log into this app. 1. Open app 2. Click sign in 3. Click use playon sign in 4. Type sign in or click for autofill, 5. Click continue on to site. Can you not have it automatically sign you in with biometric when you open the app? This is nuts. My credit card app is a more simple sign on. Otherwise the app is OK.

The team behind creating this app might be the stupidest couple of people on planet earth. First of all they buy good reviews because not one person that has used to app has been able to get it to function properly or even at all. You can’t even scan the tickets. I could go on and on about how not one single part of the app functions like it’s supposed to or the fact that it needs your social security card photographed. It also wants like 15 other government documents and then it makes you do some docusign BS. And even if you get past that it takes 9 months for your account to get activated. You’d think I’m trying to move to a different country with how much paperwork these MFs need. Worst app OF ALL TIME.

Would really like to give more stars, but there are some annoyances with the app. It doesn’t always update with the latest drawing information and I have to revert back to the website. It doesn’t stay logged in for very long and the log in process is a bit cumbersome. I wish it directly would use the biometrics like other apps with Face ID. It is hard to find coupons that I’ve obtained and downloaded from my play-on points. However, being able to scan my tickets to check them is what gets this app the 3 stars given. Very convenient to check my tickets.
