Not so good, payouts are very, very slow. Even though my account had been verified previously, when I won enough to have to go thru the claiming process, AGAIN my account was locked, pending verification, which I had already completed! When I’ve called about this issue, several times , all I get is that there are so many accounts that need to be verified, that they really don’t know how long it will be before my account is verified and my monies can be released!! This is simply unacceptable! I’m sure if it happened to them, the problem would be solved right now.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED about having to go through this process yet again! I will keep calling EVERY DAY, maybe several times a day, until I get results!!

I went to write a review for this app not remembering I had already wrote one for the last update and how awful it was. Now we get this new update and it’s ten times worse. I loved collecting points for non winning tickets. It was simple and easy. Now it’s a nightmare and not worth the time to scan. I can’t even see on the main screen how many total points I have collected. I redeemed a coupon and when I went to the store to get another ticket I had to become Indians jones and search through the app to find it. Obviously the one star overall on this app should make the company realize they need to hire someone else to create a better app.

Every time the app updates, it clears all information and have to submit either a password reset or attempt to open another account. Customer support is non existent or the capabilities of customer support is that of a 2nd grader. What is with the issues? No longer worth the headaches of using what most would consider a very basic app.
Update, received a message from the developer that the issue was resolved and yet the problem still exists. There needs to be a “not recommended” choice and also, unable to give the deserved rating of No stars!
