This app was amazing before they changed the format. Now it constantly lags when opening, takes forever to re-load or gives “network error” regardless of using WIFI or switching wifi off. It’s so sensitive to touch and slides into the next day too easily. Everyone at works constantly complains about the app. We use it constantly through out the day to check on appointments, the details and any changes and Blvd is so frustrating to use. Please make it better or go back!! 😭😭😭

The newest update has removed helpful features from the app. it no longer displays icons for if a client is requesting a specific service provider, or for when a client has arrived. you still receive a text, but the visual icon was helpful as sometimes texts don't come thru right away. The new update also makes it impossible to see a whole week unless you're only looking at one service provider. almost all the features i used to really appreciate are gone and it's disappointing.
