Bay Alarm Connect

Bay Alarm has been in business in the Bay Area since I was born in 1946, and I just turned 75! Every Police Officer in Oakland knows that Bay Alarm has fewer false alarms then any other alarm company, and almost every “bad guy” avoids breaking into a business protected by Bay Alarm. To a bad guy, any business or residence protected by Bay Alarm is just too much of a risk of being sent back to prison! Worth every penny! I keep it on even in the daytime when I’m home, and particularly at night while I’m sleeping. I feel much more safe as a result. Of course I I keep it on when I leave my home for any length of time as soon as I leave every time. As they advertise, “What have you got to lose?” I personally have too much to lose, particularly my life and my family's lives!

I selected Bay Alarm from my past experience in the East Bay and wanted to keep them when I moved to Contra Costa County. The Office there was so awesome! The Sales person (Patty Landers) was amazing! She really knows her product line and knows what might work best for the customer. She easily understands our needs and works so hard and effectively to meet those needs. Her follow up is outstanding and she never stops working to produce nothing but the best result. So so pleased! The installer (Fred) was also amazing. He worked so hard and efficiently to produce a most professional job that was great and worked to perfection. He knew just was needed and what would work in some difficult situations. As good as the East Bay Office was, The Contra Contra Office was even more Stunning. Bay Alarm is the way to go! They have the people who can make all the difference!!

I love this app but ever since I installed the most recent update I get a security action failed notification every time I try to arm or disarm our system. If I press the button that says try again it quickly either arms or disarms. So this is workable, and so far I’ve been doing this inside the house so I can hear the alarm beep and I know for certain that it’s on. It’s just when you get a notification saying it’s failed that creates concern. Since everything worked perfectly until the most recent update and I noticed that somebody recently put a similar review I’m thinking this is just something that is a result of that update. That’s why am putting in this review so that you can see this is concern and fix this for the next update. Thank you
