You type in your email and where it says password you type your last name (with first letter capitalized). It says it very faintly in the “password” field but agree it should be clearer
Like several other users who have reviewed this app, I cannot log in. I type in my email I put in my last name. I tried capitalizing it both ways and it didn’t work. Problem really is there’s no recourse for this. There’s no place you can go to fix it. There’s no link to tell you how to fix it there’s no number there is no nothing. Not good.
Great for navigating Reunions on the go and having a paperless option. For those who had log-in issues, you have to wait to log in until the week of Reunions when the updated app goes live. I had no issues.
