My6 - Book & Save on Motel6

please don’t send me any more of this because my husband died a 43 years of being married and it’s been since 2023 and I’m still not doing very good. I don’t know how to look for a new guy cause I didn’t find my husband he found me two weeks later we were married, so I am living with my kids in a different state and all my stuff down in Texas and my life’s just a messed up mess and I’ve been here for about six months and I’m miserable and I need to find another guy and I don’t know how and it just goes on and on. I enjoyed my day very much when me and my husband traveled and went here and there and we were married 43 years but how days are gone so just is what it is so thank you very much for thinking about me, but please don’t send me anymore. I tried to book a room at the studio 6 and the app took $79 from me and then I had to go in person and pay $100 . Idk if it’s the app or the ppl there but they scammed me. I filed a dispute bc first it said I didn’t have enough money in my card but yet they took it and I didn’t even get my confirmation number or booking number and reservation receipt . The app needs to give me my money back. The hotel office tried to look up my information and said they didn’t see my name on any reservations so idk who’s lying . Never using the app again

I don’t know what the point is to make a reservation if the hotel cancels it. Not once but 3 times! 1st time was a year ago! I booked two rooms, got to the hotel late and they said they cancelled because I was late to get to the rooms (about 11:30 pm). They had rooms available so I booked at the hotel but paid more than what I did through the app. Flash forward to now! Yesterday I called to confirm 2 rooms because on my app it shows cancelled. They told me the hotel cancelled it because my card didn’t go through. I told her it said they wouldn’t charge it till I got there but either way I still had money in my account so no reason for it not to go through! Mind you I had booked these on Wednesday! They told me to re book again so I did! I waited an hour to call again to confirm and again they were canceled! Same reason they said “no funds” so here I am now with my parents and a baby trying to find a room at a different hotel because now they only had 1 room available! I ended up finding a different hotel and used the same card with “no funds”.
