Sephora - Beauty Shopping

Ok but look I love all of there stuff and all but like for this skincare like glow, recipe bubble and drunk elephant and maybe put the prices down a little bit more lower and that’s it there other than all that I give it a five star Form:kaprice I’m not trying to be mean, but I also hope it does give you some ideas to so you can maybe like bring that stuff in to the shop because I always see my friend saying that they have it like from there and then when I look it is never there and I feel like if it’s there and maybe just leave it on the website. At least you could maybe I don’t on the website I hope you are not mad at me for what my review is, but other than that I love it. It is so good there for my skin and especially the make up wipe in removers that like they sell another brand so it feels so good on my face but with black stuff ones that are cheap it makes my face get rashes

Absolutely useless for tracking deliveries. My app still says my order is with the driver while Sephora email says my order has been delivered. It’s missing. Over $140 down the drain unless I can get PayPal to refund me. Sephora don’t provide tracking numbers that sync up so shippit, Australia post and Sephoraall use different reference codes making it very difficult to work out which order they are referring to - God forbid you have other orders arriving from other companies. The app also doesn’t automatically apply the discounts to your order. I’ve been a long time subscriber to Mecca and Apothecary and never had an issue with a single order. I’ve ordered once from Sephora and will never purchase from them while in Australia again. I’ll possibly still shop in store in USA because they have a couple of hard to find brands, but I’ll resent giving them any money after this terrible experience. Only plus side is after four days waiting for a response to my email the app was much quicker with the live chat feature. They don’t respond to any DMs on socials.

Thank you Sephora, my daughter and I had an amazing experience at your Chermside location. The staff were extremely helpful and honest with their guidance with new products to your range. We spent hours in store and the fun continues now at home as we discover and try everything we purchased today. The dr. Facial Masks are extraordinary fabulous. My skin was plump and luscious after the mask I chose. We had fun at home afterwards just discussing what we can do with all our products. Everything has been as good as the packaging says it will achieve. I have always used great products from Chanel, Guerlain, MAC, Elizabeth Arden. And you guys had all of that but I walked out with so much more. I love you Sephora, finally Brisbane has all the things I have been using throughout my life. I can’t wait for the next step....trying all these fabulous things. Kxo
