GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

There is zero customer service using this service. My driver tried to get me to cancel the ride (which all rides are non refundable) and pay him cash to transport me to the airport. I obviously could not do that because all rides are non refundable and also that is very sketchy. He refused to transport me using the app so I had to contact customer support who got back to me 8 hours after I reach out to them and offered me a new ride but I had to approve it but the only way to approve it was to inform them that driver/car was acceptable to me. So after doing that, they had over 4 hours to assign that driver to me and they never did. So not even an hour before I had to leave for the airport I personally had to make a new request for a ride and what do you know, I get an offer from the same car Get Transfer offered me 4 hours before my flight that they failed to assign to me so I had to pay $95 for the ride that was a scam and then $117 for the new driver that Get Transfer already offered to me but failed to follow up on. After complaining to customer support, they refunded me the $95 ride in credits on their app. I just want my money. I will never use this service again because they are incompetent of doing their job. Instead of my ride being $95, I had to pay $212 for a ride to the airport because they are a garbage company that can’t help their customers. DO NOT USE THIS APP/SERVICE!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. I arranged a ride for my child to get picked up from his boarding school and driven to the Boston Logan airport (a 90 minute drive) to catch a flight home, two weeks in advance of his trip... 90 minutes before his pick up time, i found an EMAIL (sent just a couple of hours prior to the pick up time) from Get Transfer letting me know the ride was cancelled & to let them know if I wanted a replacement!!!! First of all, they should have CALLED me, that is urgent information - the airport is 90 minutes from the school- I was lucky I happened to check my email. However- with such late notice, there is not enough time to find a replacement & my son is going to miss his flight home to New Orleans. I called and emailed both Get Transfer and the driver himself using the information provided with the confirmation, and prepaid for the ride ($120) - the driver never responded, but the Get Transfer operators all assured me one week prior that the ride was confirmed. The phone service each time I called was not friendly or helpful, the operators were very impatient with me and insisted that the voucher for the ride was proof that we were confirmed for this transport & that I was unnecessarily worried . This is completely unacceptable service & I would warn others not to use this service if they want/need reliable transportation. They are supposedly working on a replacement, however it has been 30 minutes now since I last spoke to Get Transfer, and I have heard nothing. My son needs to be on the road within the hour to catch his plane flight home.

This is the best company for transfer, taxis and drivers ever. Very punctual. Very friendly, very helpful, responsible and nice people. They always have the best prices. Do not doubt on contracting them. It was my first time with them, I was afraid for being my first time, but it really worked out great. I took it from santorini airport to our hotel. Then from the hotel to santorini port. Then from mykonos port to the airport, after from Athen airport to the hotel and finally from the hotel to the airport of Athen. They were all simply great. Nicest buses and excellent drivers, responsible and well educated. Excelent English. I will use them from now on for sure. Thank you very much get transfer.
