I was looking for a special express delivery service and downloaded the website on my phone. I dealt with them for the first time 4 years ago and I was completely satisfied and every time I visit Turkey the first thing I do is download the website because I am tempted to change the phone number. During those four years, I generally visit Istanbul every three months, and my daughter resides there. We as a family are very comfortable and reassuring with them and feel reassured and comfortable when they move my daughter with them to any place you want and bring her back from. Sometimes the pressure is great on drivers, and they cannot order all customers, but in general, they try as hard as they can not to let customers down. It is a reliable, safe program, those who work in driving are professionals. I advise everyone to use it and you will not really regret it.

I used this app once 3 weeks ago. I asked for a taxi from hotel to the airport. The app said i should pay 139 tl so I ordered a taxi. I can say i felt safe because it was 4 am and i was kinda worried. But unfortunately when we arrived the driver asked for 199 tl and when i asked way he showed me a screen from the app that said 199 tl, i was shocked but I didn’t accept to pay more. Since I cannot speak Turkish, he didn’t try more and said bye. Idk why but unfortunately I didn’t ask costumer service to call me. But ig it’s a bug for this app and drivers shouldn’t be able to ask for more money. Ps: I followed the way from google map and I understood he used the longest way to the airport.

Even though the app calculates your route and follows where you go via GPS, it still has the driver manually enter the fee at the end of the ride, so the driver can still try to rip you off. The whole point of an app like this is that it simplifies the task of getting a taxi and thwarts dishonest cab drivers.
