It’s rare to come across an app this buggy. From the constantly changing time estimates, to the license plates never matching, to the app saying a ride is cancelled only for that driver to pull up and say it’s actually not. Has anyone who worked on it actually ever used it? The issues are across the board: from UX to app to backend.

Great, reliable cab service. I even left some very important personal items in the cab and was able to get them back without any issue - I highly recommend them!

This app is junk - do not rely on it if you actually need a taxi. I booked 45 minutes before I wanted to travel and was told a taxi would be with me at the time booked. That time came - app is still showing that they’re searching for a taxi for me. Call the help number and they tell me that they can see the booking, but the app isn’t working so I need to cancel and rebook. ...still waiting for my taxi 15 minutes later. No wonder the Australian taxi industry is dying.
