I had a miserable experience with GoSedan. My driver was not yet at the airport when I landed, so I was assigned a new driver. I had to go through a dispatch service for all of this, so each piece of information came to me in the form of a new phone call after several minutes.
After waiting for the driver outside for several minutes while I could see he had not moved on the map—he already should have been present, they had my flight info!—I requested to cancel so I could just take a cab. I was told I could not cancel unless I forfeited the full fare INCLUDING TIP! I will never make the mistake of using this place again, you should take your business elsewhere.

I tried to use Go Sedan for the first time. Gave them my flight number to pick me up at the airport. No one at baggage claim. When I called to inquire when the car would arrive I was told I would have to wait an hour for my driver. What??!! With all of the competition out there, this company will not survive. I canceled the ride and got one elsewhere. They also precharged my American Express a day before the reservation. I am obviously disputing this charge and not paying.

If you want to feel special and well taken care of, you should try gosedan. My Manager and I tried their services going to the airport and we were both fully satisfied. The driver called us before our pick up time to confirm our reservation and he even helped us with our luggages. Very professional indeed! 👌👌👌
