Heed my warning; STAY AWAY from this game. Whenever you have an issue, NOTHING is done. The devs ONLY add things that can encourage money to be spent. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and cheaters. If you are a person, like me, that does spend to get things, DON’T do it for this game or anything from this company. When you have problems with your account, they won’t address it. Their excuse for never doing anything is demanding screenshots or videos(something you will never have but they can easily figure out). This game penalizes players with good accounts that beat players with higher battle ratings by “cheat” prompts when you win and not awarding your wins. Customer service gives only generic replies whenever you submit a ticket. I received - on many occasions - the same generic message sent to friends with totally different issues. My account has been messed up for months. They were deleting all of my problem tickets that I submitted. I started recording and screenshotting my customer service tickets to prove my tickets were being deleted once submitted. I received a new response saying that I should only submit 1 problem ticket. I can go on for days of how TRASH this company is. Heed MY WARNING: TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE that will appreciate it! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. You have been warned. ALL OF THEIR GAMES ARE THIS WAY!!!!!

I have been playing this game for about 2 months now. It’s very fun and addicting. Good way to pass the time while I have downtime at work overnights. I hate paying for micro transactions, but they tempt you greatly. I would recommend the $7.99 monthly sub that gives you a good amount of diamonds and the ability to “Blitz” a lot of the dailys(which they do not tell you in the purchase of the subscription). This will keep you relatively competitive as long as you do your dailys every day. Also try to join the top guild on your server. Once I was able to, the game got a lot easier in pvp modes. I am going to make a guide shortly for times on every aspect of the game you shouldn’t miss at specific times and days of the week. Will post a link here when/if I get a good one created. Edit : Also very glad that they limit how much you can do each day. This makes it to where everyone has the same possibility to level each day(excluding p2w). I know a lot of people complain they want to be able to grind with no limit, but trust me you don’t. Then the bots would come out to play, and you would be so much further behind. Currently I’ve spent less than $30 on this game and am #25(which to me says a lot about how much spending money on this game gets you - not too far ahead) on my server. If bots were able to unlimited level, I would be nowhere near top 100. So overall the p2w features are nice for those with dispensable income, but not necessary to be competitive(which I would categorize as within the top 100).
