Reviews: What People Think About Healthy Home Coach

Installed 2 indoor air quality devices. It was very easy and straight forward. Great HomeKit integration except for the 2 sensors HomeKit doesn’t directly support, Apple needs to step up and support HomeKit better. I would only change fixing random graph crashes and support dark theme the white background is so bright with light text make reading summary screen a bit difficult at least for me.

I own several Netatmo weather stations and expected the air quality monitor to use the same app or at least have a similar UI. The app runs on the iPad, but doesn’t appear to have a landscape mode. iPad support without landscape is better than nothing, but fails to make use of the iPad screen real estate …it is wasted. Also, the notifications don’t appear to be customizable like they are for the weather station, so I can’t use this as a temperature monitor in a vacation home where I want alerts for various low temperatures at increasing severity. I also have a problem where the notification pop-up won’t dismiss when I the “x” in the corner. Not what I had hoped.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS UX. Who thought this would be a great idea to be able to control your entire Apple Home from this app? I wanted to return the device and proceeded to the app to remove its access to Home. I tapped remove Home thinking I’m removing this device environment of my home so that it doesn’t have access to it. Instead, it removed my entire Home setup, including all other unrelated to it devices (like Apple TV, HomePod, etc). Even if I did read the entire flow, why would a third part app be able to control my other devices? Extremely destructive UX and too much power to the third party app. UPD: their response is ridiculous. I know it’s a third party app. Which is precisely my point, it shouldn’t have the ability to remove all other devices. Read what I said.
