Don’t even bother with this PhotoPass! It’s not very user friendly, the Wi-Fi at the park is sporadic at best, and worst of all, there is a total lack of photographers to even make this pass useful. Just use your own phone or camera and save money!

I don't know how this app has a Disney Badge on it. It constantly complains of server loss. If you buy a pass on the app you need a programming degree to activate it so that you can use it. It needs a lot of work. Sadly you have no option but to use it. Save yourself a hassle and buy the pass at the park then scan it.

Went to HK Disneyland on a summer trip. The app sends me a verify text but the actual app doesn’t allow me to type the code in to verify. Have downloaded multiples times and it still doesn’t work. Waste of money if I can’t get my pictures to download.
