Terrible app hasn’t worked in months

EII am works efficiently and fast. I haven’t had any problems with this IIapp. The one thing that I appreciate is I had a moment of brain fog and couldn’t remember one of my security questions plus I thought I was right. Well it shut me down everything. I had to call a Bank Rep. to get me back in plus change my password. Yes it was a headache but I am pleased and satisfied to go the extra mile.

Have used this app since it was created. Never had a problem. It is better now that I can do a remote deposit. One of the better apps out there and the credit union uses its resources for the member and does not charge high fees to make money for itself.
