complete Control

The app won’t open. It logs me in, but all I get is outlines of the card and the menus. It is up to date, I have cleaned the cache, reinstalled the app, toggled airplane mode, turned off VPN and restarted the phone ( iPhone 15. iOS 26.5. ) I cannot use my card. Customer service was unable to help. It has always worked before. Grateful for any ideas. Internet is working and stable. All other apps load and work. Thanks.

The app is very slow to react. One presses a button and nothing happens for seconds. Their security concept is very strange. Besides the typical mobile Tan they ask for an additional PWD that one cannot change. I've never received this PWD. When I called to get the new PWD I waited 20 mins to talk to an agent. After having been passed around to 3 other agents their service realized that they cannot handle the problem. They promised to call back. They have never called me. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN AUSTRIAN MONOPOLIST WITH BAD SERVICE AND SLOPY PROGRAMS. USE A GETMAN BANK INSTEAD.
