Never forget or reset your password- it can not handle it. After scanning 3 times passport and make video selfies - the app still does not let you in. No support- nobody to call or write an email - sorry- too sloppy for a banking app. Do not trust that app.

Easybank; just start new. This pile of crap is not worth anything. Neither your staff supporting it, nor any developer’s time trying to make this into a decent app. Look for a new developer and just start over. For everyone sanity.

Asks me to change my password and then it gives me a technical error message. I have tried to re-install as well. This app is the worst I’ve experienced so far.
