The app is very easy to use and lists foods that you can feel confident eating easpecially if you have LPR (silent Gerd). Thank you.❤️
The app does a good job of listing lots of food items. It shows you a legend at the beginning of the app for which foods are alkaline and which foods are acidic, but it’s hard to remember what the legend means. I was never able to get back to it. It needs to be readily available and much easier. A heart that is colored in means one thing. A heart that is not colored means something else. Three colored hearts means something. Three hearts that aren’t colored means something else.
